Thank you for visiting the Cherry Creek Farm (CCF) website. We are proud of our unique, covenant controlled neighborhood of 216 single-family homes nestled in unincorporated Arapahoe County just East of I-25 and just North of Arapahoe Road. Our community of various floor plans offers affordable single-family housing with historically high resale values in close proximity to businesses, Cherry Creek schools, shopping, and recreational activities.

 

Our neighborhood is a fun place to live and a lovely community. We have several lush greenbelts, or common areas, within our community. These serve as park-like settings to enjoy with your family and pets and perhaps meet and talk to your neighbors during your stroll. We enjoy spending time with our neighbors at events such as a community garage sale and neighborhood picnics.

 

We are centered in one of Colorado's major economic regions, located between the Denver Tech Center and the Inverness Business Park. These areas host top Colorado companies and leaders in media, health care and aerospace; all just minutes away. If your work takes you to downtown Denver, the Arapahoe at Village Center Light Rail Station is located within a short walking distance.

 

CCF is served by the Cherry Creek School District. Consistently honored for its excellence, Cherry Creek School District is considered one of the top districts in the state and rated excellent by the Colorado School Accountability Report and designated as a Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. The primary public schools for our neighborhood are High Plains Elementary, Campus Middle School, and Cherry Creek High School. Cherry Creek Academy Charter School, serving students in grades K through 8, is located within our community.

Just to the South is Park Meadows, a major indoor and outdoor shopping mall with over 150 retailers and restaurants. Head East and retail shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and many other surprises await you at Arapahoe Crossings and the Cornerstar Shops. The Streets at Southglenn Mall is just to the West and features approximately one million square feet of retail space. Movies, comedy and an abundance of restaurants can also be found at the near by Landmark Complex.

 

Maybe the outdoors is more your style. Well, we aim to please. In addition to our open spaces, there are bike lanes and paths galore that link the many parks and recreation areas. Cherry Creek State Park is less than 3 miles North of our neighborhood and accessible by bike lanes. Cherry Creek State Park is anchored around an 880-acre reservoir and offers a natural prairie environment of gentle, rolling hills and complete outdoor recreation facilities, including camping, picnicking and facilities for group events. The park also houses hard-to-find and unique activities like model airplane flying, horseback riding and a family shooting range. If you want to swim or play tennis, as a CCF resident you are welcome to enjoy these activities for a fee at our neighboring Arapahoe Lakes community. As a sports fan, you can easily support our Denver professional sports teams as the RTD-Light Rail Station links easily to most major professional sports stadiums. In addition, the Light Rail is your direct connection to the performing arts venues in downtown Denver. Take in concerts at Fiddlers Green Amphitheater where major musical performers come year after year to fill the clear Colorado sky with music.
