Citizen Notification Advisory Posted on Jul 1, 2009
The Reserve Study committee recently met to review the draft document received from Borne Engineering. Several questions and proposed changes to this document were noted and have been passed back to Borne for review. Also, a representative from Borne has been invited to a committee meeting in mid-July to discuss these changes in an effort to finalize the reserve study document prior to presenting it at the July HOA meeting.
