The Strategic Planning Committee conducted its neighborhood walk-through on May 29th to review the HOA\'s assets as the first step towards developing an updated reserve plan for the association. The committee met with a representative from Borne Engineering who has been retained to prepare this planning document. We are expecting the initial draft document within 2 weeks for review and comments back by the committee. Details will also be provided at the next BOD meeting.
