Updated draft rules are available for your review and input prior to board adoption at the monthly meeting in March.  Last year, the board created a task force to modernize and update our rules.  Given that two new board members were elected in October, the draft rules were reviewed in January after the holidays.  Prior to adopting these rules, the board would like your feedback.

 

Notice of draft rules available on our website was included in the 2Q invoice mailing as well so that all homeowners have an opportunity to review them prior to board adoption.  Once new rules are adopted, they will be mailed to all homeowners as well as available on our website.  Please submit your questions and comments via email to board@ccfhoa.org by March 9.
