Self Nomination Form

This is a reminder that the Cherry Creek Farm Homeowners Association Annual Members Meeting Agenda will be mailed to all homeowners prior to the meeting on Monday, October 22nd. The meeting will be held at the United Methodist Church, 5101 S. Dayton Street. Check In begins at 6pm for a prompt 6:30pm start.

We will have two board members rotating off and we will elect two new board members for 3 year terms at the meeting. If you are interested in serving on the board, please complete the Self Nomination Form available on our website and return it to Hammersmith Management by Thursday, October 18 not later than 5pm to be included on the printed ballot.
