Pursuant to the Association’s Governing Documents, the 2017 Operating Budget was reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors and presented to the owners at the October 17, 2016 meeting.

A copy of the 2017 Association Budget with detailed information was mailed with the Annual Meeting Notice to all Owners and is available online at the Association’s website.

 

You should have already received payment coupons for the January dues.  You will receive a follow-up mailing later in the year with the remainder of payment coupons.  If payment is not received by the 30th of the month, a $25 late fee, plus interest, will be assessed each month that a past due balance remains. Please note this 30-day “grace period” is for unintentional delays, such as with the U. S. Postal Service, etc. It is not meant as an extension of the due date.

 

Dues may be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually, as long as they are paid at the beginning of the month, quarter or year.  Just use one of the enclosed coupons, and your account will be properly credited.
