To Whom It May Concern:

The City of Centennial is sending this courtesy notice to inform you of upcoming work at Arapahoe Road and Havana Street. Castle Rock Construction Company (CRCC), the contractor retained by Auto Nation to construct/reconstruct the Peakview and Havana roadway north of Arapahoe Road, is back on the site to finish items on the project's punch list in order to close out the project. (You will recall that this portion of Peakview and Havana streets was closed for a period last summer/fall to be reconstructed.)

Although this current work includes minor items outside of the roadway, like landscaping and irrigation, the City wants you to be aware that the contractor must complete signage, striping and signal configuration at Arapahoe Road and Havana Street. CDOT has approved all of the work and issued the permit.

The work is scheduled to begin next week, starting on Friday, May 25th. This will cause some traffic delays at this intersection as the contractor will need to shut down a lane (one at a time) for some of the work. This work should be completed within one week and could be as short as one day.

If you have any questions, please contact Bob Christensen in the City's Land Use Services Department at (303)754-3308.

Sincerely,
Wayne Reed, AICP
